How we choose what goes in a guide

• Every product we link to is a real, currently listed item on Amazon. We check the actual product page before it goes into a guide, not just a description someone sent us.
• We read through the real customer reviews on Amazon for durability, fit, and common complaints, and we write those complaints into the guide instead of hiding them. If something falls apart easily or runs small, we say so.
• We compare products against others in the same category before ranking them, using the same criteria every time: how it holds up to real use, safety, and build quality.
