“Stopped auto cleaning after just one month. I reset it, made sure it was connected. Unplugged it for a while and reconnected to the app. It works if I manually press the button but won't self clean which defeats the whole point. The sensor doesn't seem to be working at all either making it unsafe for the cat if it does start to self-clean. Reached out to the company with no response.”
